We offer to the end user a range of support and service options :
- Promethean interactive whiteboard installation.
- Data projector and audio installation.
- Promethean Activboard's three year on site (supplied and installed by Bela Interactive)
- Projectors are manufactures warranty usually three years swap out.
- On Site technical support on Promethean Interactive Whiteboards including replacement electronics, board cables, mounting brackets.
- Replacement projectors including upgrades from ceiling mounted to wall mounted short throw and ultra short throw solutions.
- Replacement audio solutions.
- Data cable and wall mounted connectivity box-repaired or replace.
- Network patching installation with Interactive Whiteboard.
- Laptops and PC can be supplied with Windows 7 pre configured with Activ Inspire and drivers.
- Interactive Whiteboard Installation mounting options
- The interactive whiteboard will be mounted on a flat suitable service in relation to a suitable fixing point for the projector (applies to ceiling mounted projection.)
- Activ+2 systems must be solid wall or ply lined studded wall (18mm ) site survey recommended
- Wall mounted short throw and ultra short throw the above applies
- Installation involves mounting the IWB and projector to a suitable surface connectivity of all data cables will run through containment and terminated at the on wall connectivity box commission the system and calibrate the board for first time use.
