The
Promethean interactive whiteboard range is designed for
use with an LCD projector and notebook or desktop computer.
Promethean ACTIV board interactive whiteboard provides
long term reliability and durability with pinpoint accuracy
and fast response plus a manufacturers three year onsite
warranty. Promethean ACTIV boards are supplied with either
ACTIVstudio or ACTIVprimary software, developed to help
teachers add real impact to lesson delivery. ACTIVstudio
is packed with tools and resources designed for secondary
and higher education students while ACTIVprimary has
been specifically designed to inspire primary and nursery
school children.

ACTIV-CAB-EXT-SER/SER2 replaces supplied 8m serial cable.
Upto 2 ACTIV-CAB-EXT-USB can be added to supplied USB cable to give total 15m ACTIVlink

The ACTIVpanel provides the interactivity of a Promethean interactive whiteboard
with the advantage of portability. Ideal for teachers and lectures who often teach
in several different education establishments, or who wish to lesson plan away from
the classroom.By connecting ACTIVpanel to your PC and suitable digital projector
the image of your PC appears on the ACTIVpanel screen whilst also being displayed
on a projector screen at the side or behind you. You can control the PC by using the
the pen directly on the ACTIVpanels screen without ever having to turn away from
the audience.

ACTIVslate enables remote control of your ACTIVboard
Controlling your whiteboard from anywhere in the room
means that you have the freedom to immerse yourself

write directly onto the ACTIVslate rather than on the
board itself you can take control of the ACTIVboard
from anywhere in the room meaning that you are no longer
confined to the front of the classroom

is an A6 USB tablet that enables you to prepare for
lectures and seminars in the ACTIVstudio software,
away from the ACTIV board, freeing the interactive
whiteboard for delivery of classroom lessons, college
lectures and university seminars. The
ACTIVtablet incorporates the Promethean battery-free
pen so you can draw or write directly onto the ACTIVtablet
for full functionality. ACTIVtablet also includes transparent
overlay for precise tracing straight onto the screen

ACTIVtablet is supplied with 1 pen. No ACTIV software supplied
- for preparation only.
VOTING
SYSTEMS
Promethean's
latest ACTIVote solution offers the opportunity for instantaneous
assessments of student understanding or opinion. The
hand-held keypads turn all students into active participants.
The voting solution promotes group participation by stimulating
group feedback during discussion or debate scenarios,
spontaneous opinion gathering, and more formal tests.Any
question, with up to six possible answers, can be presented
to the group via our ACTIVstudio software and responses
recorded and displayed if required. ACTIVote 2 has been
designed for use with the 'radio ready' proACTIV, however
any board in the Promethean range can be upgraded to
enable use with the voting system.Even if you do not
have a Promethean Interactive Whiteboard, by plugging
the ACTIVhub radio adapter directly into your PC and
connecting to a digital projector, your PC display can
be projected onto a screen to display the questions.
The response from the voting devices are then received
by the computer via the ACTIVhub.No matter which curriculum
subject you teach the benefits gained from making your
assessments truly interactive are considerable
