Orders cannot be processed until payment is cleared. Normally delivery is 1 to 7 working days after payment clearance, subject to stock.

Order Entry

All orders must be received completed online by 2.00 pm and over the phone by 3.30pm to be entered that day. Orders received after those times will be entered as of the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days.

Conditions of order

1. Goods are NOT sold on a 'sale or return' evaluation basis. Please make sure that you order carefully.
2. Orders, except special orders, can be cancelled at any point prior to despatch without penalty. However, if you cancel and the goods have been despatched you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We do not exchange products once delivered.
3. If goods are special order, i.e. order specifically for your requirements , i.e. bespoke brackets etc. projector lamp for specific projector, then these cannot be cancelled and payment will still be required, even if you do not accept the goods.
4. If goods arrive damaged or in non-working condition, then we must be notified within 2 working days to arrange replacement. The manufacturers warranty takes effect after this 2 working day period.
5. All goods are covered by manufacturers warranties as stated on the manufacturers product description. Should an item be faulty please contact us within 48 hours to organise an exchange when you will be given a returns number and an exchange organised. We cannot accept goods back otherwise.
6. Please do not book installations of equipment before delivery to give you chance to receive and fully test the equipment. We will not be held responsible for any additional expenses you may incur, for instance, late installations.
7. Please allow ample time for equipment to be delivered which is required for time critical missions, such as exhibitions, presentations, etc., as we will not be held responsible for any additional expenses your may incur.
8. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees or missing parts fees) will be credited upon our acceptance of the merchandise in as-new condition in conformity with this policy.

Please allow 5-10 business days to process any refunds. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.

Credit and debit card orders

For credit/debit card orders to organisations, delivery will only be made to your trading address. Please note that for businesses and registered charities etc. we perform full identity and credit checking due to the high value of the goods we supply.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges for the UK mainland are as follows:
· Projectors £20+VAT
· LCD monitors £20 + VAT
· Interactive whiteboards £40 + VAT
· Plasma screens £50 + VAT
· Accessories £20 + VAT
· Lamps £15 + VAT
· Projector screens £20+VAT to £100+VAT according to size
· Plasma screen trolleys £25 + VAT

Force Majeure

Bela Interactive Installations Ltd is not liable for delays in delivery or cancellation of your order caused by circumstances beyond it's reasonable control. Examples: supplier transport, manufacturers production problems, governmental action and natural disasters. If this lasts more than 2 months, then this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.

The information on this website is supplied by Bela Interactive Installations Ltd as a complimentary reporting service to its customers and will not form part of any contract for the purchase of any product described. All products are supplied by Bela Interactive Installations Ltd under Bela Interactive Installations Ltd's published Terms and Conditions of sale and with the benefit only of such warranties, if any, as the manufacturer of such product itself provides to Bela Interactive Installations Ltd.
